Assembled by a page builder, one plugin at a time.
Every page was Divi shortcodes, 132 KB of them on the home page alone, and every feature was another plugin: 31 active, including three Divi add-ons, a slider, a popup builder and an OptinMonster install that was never connected. Content jumped while the builder assembled the page: CLS around 1.0, ten times Google’s limit.

Rebuilt as blocks, moved without losing a URL.
There is no Divi-to-blocks converter, so the content was rebuilt by hand into a custom theme of 76 ACF blocks, one stylesheet and one script. The bars show roughly how many of the home page’s 341 requests were left after each step.
Same pages, same content, a fraction of the weight.
Across the five matching pages, mobile performance went from 42 to 93 on average, page weight from 9.1 MB to 1.3 MB, requests from 347 to 30 and layout shift from 0.81 to zero. Launched on the client’s managed host with scripted deploys; every sitemap URL answers 200 and points its canonical at itself.
