How I fix it · 01 / 04

Plan modules before templates.

Which sections marketing needs, which fields each one has, and which pages they make up. Planned once, reused everywhere.

Turn Figma into drag-and-drop modules.

Each section becomes a HubSpot module with clear fields, so landing pages are built by dragging, not by tickets.

Build fast on HubSpot.

Lean CSS and scripts, lazy-loaded media and clean HubL. Forms, smart content and tracking wired in from the start.

Launch and hand it over.

Theme deployed, redirects in place, and a recorded walkthrough so your team can build the next page on its own.

When HubSpot CMS makes sense

If your sales and marketing already live in HubSpot, putting the website there too removes a whole layer of integrations. Forms, contacts and pages share one database.

It’s less of a fit if you need heavy custom functionality or your team doesn’t use HubSpot day to day.

Modules your marketers can use

A good HubSpot theme is a library of modules: hero, features, logos, pricing, FAQ, form. Marketing drags them onto a page and fills in fields.

Fields are named for humans, defaults look right, and the design can’t be broken by accident.

Fast HubSpot pages

HubSpot hosting is fast, but themes often aren’t. Marketplace themes load every module’s CSS and JavaScript on every page.

A custom theme loads only what each page uses, so Core Web Vitals pass on mobile without extra work.

Forms, CRM and smart content

Every form writes straight to the contact, with source page and campaign attached. Smart content can show different sections to known contacts, industries or lifecycle stages.

Tracking through Tag Manager and Consent Mode v2 is set up alongside HubSpot’s own analytics.

Moving to HubSpot CMS

Coming from WordPress or Webflow, content is moved page by page, blog posts imported, and every old URL redirected.

The old site stays live until launch, and Search Console is watched for 30 days after.

Yes. Every section is a drag-and-drop module with clear fields.

I can, but a custom theme is usually faster and easier to keep consistent.

Yes, with blog posts, redirects and meta kept. Included in the Full package.

Yes, and I can set up lead routing at the same time.

I build from your designer’s Figma. If you don’t have one, I can recommend studios.
